I want to start off by saying THANK YOU! Maria Ferreira you are amazing! I am not a very easy person to deal with. I have an attitude; i am blunt; i am picky; i am a very anxious person who needs constant reassurance because i always fear the worst! Maria was so kind and patient with my husband and I during the entire home buying process and I cannot recommend her enough. We had a few hang-ups when we started looking for a home and once we found one there were some hiccups from the builder side due to the home being a new construction, throughout the entire process Maria kept us informed and made sure that we understood everything that was happening, i made her repeat the same things over and over again and she did so with a smile on her face! Maria made the process as smooth as she could.
